Office Clerk/Office Admin

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Office Clerk/Office Admin for an opportunity in Boston, MA 02111

Position: Office Clerk/Office Admin

This position follows a hybrid work schedule: three days in the office and two days at home

Client Location: Boston, MA 02111

Duration: 6 months (Possible extension)

Shift: Monday - Friday

Position Summary:

Job Description:

Administration staff who will help with scanning and other document management in preparation for an office relocation.

Position Overview:
Basic Microsoft Excel skills and general administrative experience to also include:
  • Organizing, storing, and managing electronic files
  • Renaming electronic files
  • Converting scanned documents into searchable digital formats
  • Data entry
  • Sharing files securely
