Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our attorneys in managing immigration-related matters, ensuring the efficient handling of visa applications and compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to support legal proceedings, particularly in the context of EB-3, EB-2, National Interest Waiver (NIW), and EB-5 visa applications.
• Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and filing of legal documents related to immigration cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Investigate and gather factual information to aid in the negotiation of legal disputes and the preparation of immigration petitions.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to state and federal immigration regulations, keeping abreast of changes in laws and policies that may impact clients and their employees.
• Maintain organized and secure records of client information and case files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to streamline processes and enhance client service in immigration matters.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role, with a focus on immigration law preferred.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and methodologies, particularly as they pertain to immigration statutes and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
• High School diploma required. Bachelors or associates degree preferred.
