Overview:

This technology driven prop-trading firm is expanding its team of engineers across levels in Austin. As a C++ Engineer, you’ll contribute to a highly collaborative environment where your skills will directly impact the firm’s success. Depending on your strengths and interests, you’ll focus on one of the following areas:

Research:

• Build robust applications for developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Work on simulation and backtesting systems to refine trading strategies.
• Dive into advanced feature engineering for predictive analytics.

Execution:

• Optimize ultra-low-latency trading systems for executing trades at lightning speed.
• Design systems to connect seamlessly with various exchanges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• 4+ years of low-level programming experience in any industry.
• Expertise in C++ with a focus on low-latency applications preferred.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• A strategic mindset with a strong understanding of the broader impact of your work.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Pay range and compensation package:

Extremely Competitive Pay. Visa Sponsorship. Will wait for long notices and long non-competes.
